In-Network Insurance
If we are in-network with your insurance provider:
-
You and your insurance company share responsibility for fees
-
Your estimated portion is due at the time of service
-
We will submit claims on your behalf
-
We will assist in estimating your coverage
-
Please note that insurance plans often do not cover all procedures in full. If insurance payment is not received within 30 days, any outstanding balance becomes the responsibility of the patient.
Balances over 90 days may be subject to interest charges.

Out-Of Network Insurance
If we are out-of-network with your plan:
-
Payment is due at the time of service
-
We can provide documentation to assist you in submitting claims
-
Reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider
Insurance benefits are based on the contract between your employer and your insurance company.

Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks & Cash as forms of payments.

Financial Responsibility
Dental treatment is an important investment in your long-term health. Our relationship is with you, not your insurance provider. We are committed to helping you maximize your benefits while maintaining transparency regarding financial responsibilities.
